REGISTRATION
There are two ways to register:

When you open this file in your browser you may see on the left "This PDF document may not be displayed correctly." If so, click on the right side "Open with different viewer." You should be able to fill in the form with either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Save the completed form with the desired name. Then send to Loro Parque as described below. If you do not have a digital signature you will need to print and sign the form and fax (or scan and send digitally).
If you cannot fill in the form by simply typing in the highlighted fields, try opening and using the typewriter tool by clicking on View>Tools>Content>Typewriter or Add/Edit Text Box.
In the worst case, print and fill in by hand.
